This is being posted to acknowledge two exceptional employees of Four Chaplains Nursing Home.

Jennifer in admittance made my admitting experience one that I will never forget. My father was to be admitted into Four Chaplains and we desperately needed to have him placed by the end of the day, for reasons of great importance. I called Four Chaplains at 4:50 in the afternoon and left an urgent message with “Jennifer”.. Within just a few short minutes, and at the very end of her day before a holiday, “Jennifer” called me back and made his admittance happen. I can not tell you how relieved I was to know that in such a few short minutes “Jennifer” answered my message. Not too many people would take the time to answer any messages 10 minutes before her end of the day, before a holiday!
Jennifer, thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of an emergency situation and doing so in such a timely manner and without hesitation. As many of you know, placing a loved one into a nursing facility is not an easy thing to do. When I was at my weakest point, Jennifer stepped up and took all my stress and made this transition as comfortable as I could ever imagine.

Thank you Jennifer for helping me through a very trying time and going that extra mile to help someone in extreme need. I felt this unselfish act had to be acknowledged and you should be commended for your professional care my Father received.

During my Father’s admittance, a nurse noticed that my Father had a large amount of money on him, unbeknownst to us. She reported this to “Kelly” in administration and this was handled swiftly and professionally. It made me feel absolutely relieved to know that we had placed our Father in such a loving and caring facility whom not only reacted promptly but also has an honest and friendly staff as well. Thank you “Kelly” for handling a situation which could have been a financial crisis.

Thank you both for your care and honesty. Four Chaplains is lucky to have such loyal employees and you should both be commended for your swift and trust worthy actions. It’s a heart breaking experience to leave a loved one to a facility, but knowing that you have left them in such great care is such a relief and I thank you both for your dedication to Four Chaplains.
